  "Rose & Ivy" Layered Fruit Compote

  Ingredients:
Prepare Equal Parts Of All Fruits In SeasonSalem Creek Logo
When possible we use:
Pineapple Chunks
Blueberries
Raspberries
Grapes (Seedless)
Strawberries
Kiwi
Bananas (Dipped In Pineapple Juice Or Lemon Juice To Prevent Discoloration)
 
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
6 Oz. Cool Whip
 
"Rose & Ivy" Burgundy Poppy Seed Dressing
OR
"Rose & Ivy" Lemon Curd
1/2 cup Sour Cream
6 Tbsp. "Rose & Ivy" Strawberry Dessert Topping

  Instructions:

Wash and drain all fruits. Cap and cut strawberries. Peel and cut kiwi.

Layer in deep dish starting with pineapple.

Drizzle "Rose & Ivy" *Burgundy Poppy Seed Dressing over all fruit.

Mix together:Burgundy Poppyseed Dressing
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
6 Oz. Cool Whip

Spread over top of fruit. Serve chilled.

*Alternative Topping:
Mix one jar "Rose & Ivy" Lemon Curd with 1/2 cup sour cream and 6 tbsp. "Rose & Ivy" Strawberry Dessert Topping and drizzle over fruit.
