  "Rose & Ivy" Southern Pecan Sausage Balls

  Ingredients:
Salem Creek Logo
"Rose & Ivy" Southern Pecan Pepper Glaze
 
3 Cups Biscuit Mix
1 Lb. Hot Sausage
1 10 oz. Package Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans

  Instructions:

Combine last four ingredients and mix well.Southern Pecan Pepper Glaze

Roll into small balls. Place on a non-greased baking sheet; then bake at 375 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm, dipped in "Rose & Ivy" Southern Pecan Pepper Glaze.

Yield: 100 Sausage Balls
