1/2 Jar "Rose & Ivy" Strawberry Pecan Pepper Jelly

(Or Any "Rose & Ivy" Jelly May Be Substituted)

1 Lb. American Or Cheddar Cheese (Grated)

8 Oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 Tbsp. Grated Green Onion

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Cup Chopped Pecans

1 Tbsp. Dry Parsley

Mix first five ingredients and shape into a ball.

 

Roll ball in pecans and parsley.

 

Serve with remaining jam/jelly spread on top.
